On May 23, 2014, in Isla Vista, California, Elliot Rodger killed six people and injured fourteen others near the University of California, Santa Barbara, before committing suicide. On the day of his rampage, he released online a lengthy autobiography, My Twisted World, which exposes in detail his disturbed imagination and contempt for humankind. The sexual anxiety and mental illness ever-prevalent in the document makes it a strong subject for my own art practice. This particular page is from an ever-expanding archive of translations and illustrations to Rodger's text.
